That episode was AWESOME! Sera Gamble I FLOVE YOU! Definitely my favourite of the season so far, and glad that it was such a good one to keep us going until the Christmas episode next month. Which I'm not looking forward to but hey, what can a girl do.

First off the Gordon storyline was excellent. I really don't like the guy but they way Sera wrote him this episode was pure genius. I'd completely forgotten I already accidentally read a tiny spoiler about him being turned into a vampire so it was a "nice" surprise when that happened. I can't say I'll miss him as an antagonist but that really was a terrible way for him to go. Sera loves her gore!
The speech the vampire gave to Dean and Sam was a nice touch too. I felt that all the hints towards Dean's deal weren't completely overdone this time. They boys arguing about it once again when Dean tried to go after Gordon on his own struck just the right note this time I think. When Dean gave in to Sam and said they'd wait it out I nearly had a tear in my eye! Oh my boys.
Now, here's a turnaround if ever I saw one. Bela sells the boys out to Gordon and I decide I like her even more?! That can't be right. I'm still a Ruby girl but Bela's definitely growing on me after last week. I just realised I didn't do a recap post last week because I was crazy busy. Too late to do one now but I will just say I loved Bela in RSAM. And nothing beats Dean in a tux. Hear that sound? It's 100,000 fangirls fainting in unison.
The last scene with Dean showing Sam how to fix the car was just so damn cute. Again, could've been overdone but Sera got it just right. Made me want to squish both of them and watch the whole episode again right away! But no time for that, too much stuff to be done today. There'll be plenty of time to rewatch the whole season so far before the next ep is on.
