T-minus 2 days. or something
A little over 48 hours until Planet of the Dead. That can only mean one thing. Scans time! I actually got my scanner working on the laptop for the first time today. Only took me 8 months to figure it out.

clicky = biggy. Bit of a last minute thing (which if you know me well, you'll know I hate because I tend to over-organise things) we're going to be spending Easter weekend at the in-law's (which you'll also know I'm not such a huge fan of). I do, however, get to watch this episode with my equally Who-obsessed brother-in-law which is a good thing. He doesn't quite grasp the meaning of spoilers though so I might have to silence him from time to time with a well-aimed cushion. Mind you, he also avidly reads The Sun and believes everything they say so I'll probably be relatively safe!
One last thing - HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO
_surrounded ! Hope your man spoils you rotten this weekend ;)

It's good to know I'm not the only one that buys extra. As for finding a place for them, I have a nice storage box just for my DW/DT related stuff. Obsessed much? Me? ... Hell Yes! LOL!

All my mags are currently in various boxes under the coffee table. Right now there's not too many but soon... oh dear. I'll have to clear everything out :(

They've done gone and revamped the Radio Times again. It's weirdly like forgetting how to read until I get used to it.
*adjusts brain settings*
Also, my local bus is crying out to be used in an episode of DW: its destination board says "World's End"*.
It's a source of endless amusement to me, as you can probably imagine.
Have fun at the in-laws'! Hope you manage to keep your spoiler-deflector shields up.

Ah, not The World's End in Camden then? My place of choice for meeting up with ex-boyfriends because it's easy to escape onto the Tube if things go weirdly.
btw - music radar is full functional again. May I tempt you with the new Bat For Lashes album? It's rather grand.
ps - i got new Who icons. As if I needed any more...

Don't they know, it's the end of the world, 'cause you don't love me anymore
Totally appropriate place to meet an ex, though. Hee!
You can indeed tempt me with new Bat For Lashes albums, you enabler you. I can offer 60s folk revival music by Martin Carthy* in return, if you're at all interested. Some of it's exceptionally pretty. And how can you resist a song about a cross-dressing bisexual cabin girl?
Oh you can never have too many new Who icons.

* Who incidentally I once saw live in Camden. Thematic consistency FTW.

I've taken that link down because I just realised this was a public post. Let me know if I just rudely snatched it away before you'd got it ;)

Somehow I now have The Lumberjack Song in my head. I've got it back to front. Mind you, I am going to see Michael Palin in June so that might explain it!

I'm mid house move at the moment and I've got neither the space, time, budget or energy to go and get a Who Radio Times... you've just made me a VERY happy Who fan.
